It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums along the Georgia and South Carolina coastal area to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

STEVE MCCULLOUGH

Steve joined C12 Business Forums in 2016 with extensive executive leadership experience in both Fortune 50 and privately-held companies. Steve’s business strengths include business development, strategy, sales, marketing, and operations. Among his career successes, he has developed and launched brands, developed new credit card platforms, and built creative and transformational industry alliances unique to his industry and company. With an extensive business background and a passion for Christ-centered leadership, Steve is well-equipped to serve CEOs and business owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose. With experience at ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and most recently with privately-held EPIC Fuels, Steve has led these organizations through significant consolidation and industry change while managing P&Ls at times exceeding $1B annually. His roles created opportunities to develop, lead, and transform these businesses to not only survive but thrive in a highly competitive industry. As a result of his experiences, Steve can relate to the business challenges facing CEOs and business owners in today’s economy. Steve has been blessed with core leadership skills and recently completed Blackaby Coaching Training to further equip him to serve CEOs in the Charleston and Savannah markets. JIM PASCUTTI

Jim just recently joined the C12 Group to work alongside Steve McCullough, Principal Chair, to help grow the impact of C12 forums throughout the low country.  Jim brings a wealth of executive leadership experience with him to C12 having served as owner/operator of a successful Snelling Staffing franchise as well as Chief Operating Officer of Trace Staffing solutions.  Prior to Jim’s career in the Staffing industry, he worked as a sales and management executive in the pharmaceutical industry for J&J and Cardinal Health.  Along the way, Jim has learned what it is like to experience, and lead, through a recession, how to manage growth, how understand and keep an eye on the financials, how to find, and keep, a healthy work/life balance, how to seek out wise counsel, and how, ultimately, to strive to be a good steward of all the Lord has provided.  Jim loves the idea that, when we do great work, we imitate our Creator. Jim is a graduate of Auburn University and has served on the Board of Directors for Career Employment Professionals and is currently serving on the Leadership Advisory Council of Metanoia.  He also served three terms on the Deaconate of Eastbridge Presbyterian Church.  Jim is blessed to be married to his wife, Sally, for 32 years.  They have 2 daughters, both graduates of Clemson University, a son who is a senior in high school, and a new granddaughter.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
